Built around the path
from project work to quote request.

Each part of the website has a job: establish trust, answer a practical question, or make a serious quote request easier.

01

Plan the quote path

Define what a serious prospect needs to see, understand, and share before requesting an estimate.

Your proposal sets a fixed price for the agreed scope. Ecommerce, complex integrations, full copywriting, extensive migrations, domain, hosting, and paid software are quoted or billed separately when needed.

[ 02 — How the project moves ]

Four useful checkpoints from first call to launch.

You always know what we are solving, what comes next, and what I need from you to keep things moving.

Week 01

Understand the business

We get clear on who you serve, what makes the business worth choosing, and what the website needs to accomplish before touching the design.

Week 01–02

Set the direction

I turn that clarity into a focused site structure, messaging direction, and a visual system that fits the business instead of a template.

Week 02–04

Design + build

Every agreed page is designed and built as one system, then checked across screen sizes with clear paths to the next step.

Week 04–06

Launch + support

After final testing, we connect the essentials, launch cleanly, and keep a 30-day support window open for small fixes and questions.

[ 03 — Your custom quote ]

Defined around what
the business needs.

A simple service site and a twenty-page ecommerce build are not the same product. A short conversation gives both sides a clear scope, useful recommendations, and a fixed project quote before work begins.

[ 04 — Good questions ]

Before we
get started.

01How does the free quote work?

Tell me what the business needs to improve, along with the pages, content, and functionality you expect. After a short scoping conversation, you receive a clear fixed project quote for the agreed work. Larger sites, ecommerce, custom integrations, full copywriting, and extensive migrations are quoted separately when needed.

02Will the price change halfway through the project?

Not for the scope we agree to. The proposal defines the pages, features, responsibilities, and price before work begins. If you later request something genuinely outside that scope, I explain the added cost before doing it.

03What do I need to provide?

Your knowledge of the business, honest feedback, and any existing brand assets or photography you want to use. I guide the structure and messaging, so you will not be handed a blank page and told to write an entire website alone.

04Can I update the website myself?

Yes. The build and handoff are planned around what you need to change most often. I will show you the practical parts and can also stay involved for future improvements if you would rather not manage them.
